Curate Menu isn't open yet. There's no app, no account and nothing to buy. The only personal information we hold is the email address you give us if you join the waitlist — so this page is about that, and nothing else.
Curate Menu is an independent project, not yet an incorporated company. The people building it are the ones responsible for the waitlist, and hello@curatemenu.com reaches them. When the Service opens we'll publish a fuller policy covering menus, diners and billing, and we'll email the waitlist before it takes effect.
1. What we collect
Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form and submit it. We don't ask for your name, your phone number, your address or your card, because we have no use for any of them.
Your IP address, browser and rough country arrive with the request, as they do with any web form. We use them to stop bots abusing the form and we don't keep them as a record next to your email.
If you reached us through one of our links — a post, or the link on our Instagram or X profile — the note we get when you join also says which one, so we can tell which posts are working. That comes from the link itself, not from anything about you or your device.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and can't follow you to other sites — which is why there's no cookie banner here.
2. What we do with it
We'll send occasional build updates and an email when Curate Menu opens. That's the whole arrangement — no newsletter, no drip sequence, no ads. We don't sell your address and we don't give it to anyone beyond the two services below.
You're giving us permission by submitting the form, and you can take it back whenever you like.
3. Where it's stored
Resend holds the list and sends the mail. Cloudflare hosts the site and the form. Both are US companies, so that's where your address sits. Neither does anything with it except on our instructions.
4. Getting out
Click unsubscribe in any email we send, or write to hello@curatemenu.com and ask. No form, no reason needed. We'll delete the address and confirm when it's done. You can also just ask us what we hold or to correct it.
We keep the address until you leave, or until we launch and you decide not to become a customer. If we ever abandon the project rather than launch it, we delete the list.
If you think we've handled your data badly and we haven't put it right, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
5. Changes
If we change how we handle waitlist data we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change matters — and moving to the full launch policy counts — we'll email the waitlist first. Questions, any time: hello@curatemenu.com.
